Shipping to Canada

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7 to 11 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 CAD (before taxes).

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $49 CAD, a flat rate of $14.95 CAD applies.

Carrier: All orders are shipped via Canada Post, with tracking information provided once the order is dispatched.


Note: Delivery times may extend during peak seasons like the holidays.

Shipping to the United States

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD.

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $49 USD, a flat rate of $14.95 USD applies.

Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, with tracking provided upon shipment.


General Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors like weather, customs delays, and carrier issues.

We will provide tracking details as soon as your order has shipped, so you can follow its journey.

Larger items such as furniture and lighting may require additional processing time.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facilities. Canada Post, UPS, or USPS will handle delivery, depending on your location.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Contact the shipping carrier for proof of lost package.


2. After receiving the proof of lost package from you, we will issue either a full refund or send a replacement to an alternate address.

 

Please note, we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays caused by natural disasters or other unforeseeable events.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, our return policy will apply.

Local Deliveries and Return to Sender

For local deliveries, the carrier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times. If unclaimed, the package will be held at the local post office for 3 to 7 days before being returned to the sender. We are not responsible for lost items during return transit, and any additional shipping costs for resending will be borne by the customer.
