At Balloonixy, we make planning your special moments easy by offering a clear and convenient Delivery Calendar for all balloon décor and balloon gift orders. This calendar helps you see available delivery dates and time slots before placing your order—ensuring your balloons arrive exactly when you need them.

📅 How the Delivery Calendar Works

Our Delivery Calendar appears during the checkout process and lets you choose:

1. Delivery Date

Select from all open dates on the calendar. If a date is fully booked or unavailable, it will be automatically blocked to prevent overbooking.

2. Delivery Time Window

Choose your preferred delivery window—subject to availability. Time windows may vary depending on your order size, setup requirements, or current demand.

📌 Important Notes

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available only when pre-made, ready-to-go items exist. If same-day availability exists, the calendar will show the current day as selectable. If no ready-made items are available, the day will be blocked.

Busy Event Days

Dates with large events, multiple deliveries, or major community activities may have limited time slots or may be fully blocked for new bookings. This ensures every order receives the care and punctual service it deserves.

Holiday & Weather Exceptions

Holiday delivery hours may differ. Severe weather may impact available time slots. Any changes will be shown directly on the calendar.

⏳ Cut-Off Times

To ensure quality and preparation time, each order type has a cut-off:

• Standard balloon décor: Cut-off is typically 24 hours before the delivery date.
• Custom or large décor installs: May require 2–7 days’ notice depending on complexity.
• Balloon gift boxes or bundles: Often available with shorter notice.

If a cut-off has passed, the date will be blocked automatically.

🚚 What to Expect on Delivery Day

• You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery date and time window.
• On the day of your delivery, you may receive a “We’re On the Way” text or email notification (if selected at checkout).
• Deliveries will be made to the address provided, and items will be handled with care to ensure they arrive looking perfect.
