To begin planning your event, simply fill out the Event Booking Request form on our website. This allows us to confirm availability, provide accurate pricing, and prepare designs tailored to your theme and space.

What Happens After You Submit

1. Availability & Review
We confirm whether your event date and time are available.
(Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.)

2. Customized Quote
You'll receive a detailed breakdown based on your selections, event size, and setup requirements.

3. Design Approval
Once you approve the details, we finalize the event plan.

4. Deposit & Final Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and begin preparations.
The remaining balance is due 7 business days before setup. If you request a setup within 7 business days from an event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Dates are not secured until the deposit is paid.
• Same-day or last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
• Outdoor setups may be impacted by weather; backup indoor options are recommended.
• For peak seasons, we suggest booking 4–8 weeks in advance.
