At Balloonixy, we want your celebration to be seamless from start to finish. Whether you're hosting a birthday party, corporate event, wedding, or community gathering, we offer flexible setup and tear-down options designed to fit your schedule, venue requirements, and budget.

1. Standard Setup (Included with Most Decor Packages)

Our standard setup service ensures your décor is professionally installed and ready before your event begins.

Includes:

• On-site delivery of all décor items
• Full installation of balloon décor
• Staging, measurements, and placement adjustments
• Light cleanup of setup materials
• Coordination with venue staff if needed

Timing: Typically completed 1–2 hours before your event start time, depending on the scale of décor.

2. Early-Morning or Late-Night Setup (Additional Fee)

Some venues have strict timing rules, or you may want your décor ready before sunrise for a surprise event.

Available for:

• Early morning setups (before 9 AM)
• Late-night setups (after 7 PM)
• Same-day venue time restrictions

Benefits:

• Guaranteed installation exactly when your venue allows
• Perfect for surprise parties or corporate morning events

3. Same-Day Tear-Down (Optional Add-On)

If your venue requires all decorations to be removed immediately after the event, add our same-day teardown service.

Includes:

• Full removal of all décor
• Breakdown of structures (if used)
• Packing and removal of all Balloonixy materials
• Ensuring the space is left clean and clear

When Needed:

• Event ends late at night
• Venue requires same-day removal
• Rentals or props must be collected immediately

4. Next-Day Tear-Down (When Permitted by Venue)

If your venue allows next-day pickup, this option is a convenient and budget-friendly alternative.

Includes:

• Tear-down and collection the following day
• Flexible scheduling based on venue availability
• Same level of care and cleanup as same-day tear-down

5. Self-Serve Décor Pickup (Budget Option)

Perfect for smaller events, DIY party planners, or simple balloon pieces.

You Get:

• Pickup of grab-and-go garlands, helium bouquets, centerpieces, or smaller installations
• Easy transportation instructions
• Care tips for best results and longevity

Note: Some décor items may require professional installation and are not eligible for self-pickup.

6. Large Build / Multi-Day Installations

For large corporate events, festivals, or multi-room décor, we offer advanced installation planning.

Includes:

• Pre-event venue walkthrough (virtual or in person)
• Staged setup days if required
• Coordination with event planners, venue managers, or contractors
• Flexible tear-down windows depending on the event schedule

• Venue access requirements must be communicated in advance (loading dock, security check-in, elevators, etc.).
• Tear-down fees vary based on time of day, location, and décor complexity.
• Some installations require weighted bases or rental frames, which must be returned.
