Below are the most common questions about our balloon décor, delivery, pickups, and gift products.

Ordering & Booking

How do I place an order?

You can order directly on our website by selecting your balloon décor package, gift box, or custom item. For large events or custom designs, simply submit an Event Inquiry Form and we will follow up with a quote.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for events. Smaller gifts and décor can often be completed within 3–5 days, depending on availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. All event décor, rentals, and large custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Minor changes may be possible if requested at least 72 hours before your event. Major design or date changes are subject to availability and may require additional charges.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! BALLOONIXY offers local delivery within our service area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

What if I need delivery at a specific time?

We offer both time-slot delivery and event-specific delivery windows. During busy seasons, exact times may vary, but we do our best to accommodate the requested timeframe.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes. Select "Pickup" at checkout. Pickup times must be followed to avoid delays and ensure product quality. A local pickup location can be arranged in advanced for local and out of town customers.

What if no one is home during delivery?

We cannot leave balloons outdoors in unsafe weather conditions. If no one is available to receive your order, it may be returned and rescheduled for an additional fee.

Balloon Care & Quality

How long do balloons last?

Indoor balloons can last several days to weeks, depending on design and conditions. Outdoor balloons last significantly less due to weather.

Are your balloons biodegradable?

Yes. We primarily use 100% biodegradable latex balloons and high-quality mylar/foil options.

Why did my balloons shrink or pop?

Temperature changes, sharp objects, and rough handling can affect balloons. Balloonixy is not responsible for balloons damaged after delivery or pickup.

Event Décor & Rentals

Do you set up at the event?

Yes. All event décor packages include professional setup at your location. Teardown is optional and available for an added fee.

Do you rent equipment such as arches, stands, or backdrops?

Yes! We offer a variety of rental items. A fully refundable security deposit may apply.

Do you decorate outdoors?

Yes, but weather conditions must be safe. Severe wind, rain, or extreme temperatures may require an indoor backup plan.

Payments & Cancellations

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit cards, Interac, and secure online payment methods supported through secure payment processing with Shopify.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has begun may still require partial or full payment depending on the order.

What if a pricing error occurs during checkout?

In the rare event of a system or third-party app malfunction that displays incorrect pricing, Balloonixy reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any affected order.

Custom Orders

Can you match a theme, colours, or photos I found?

Yes! Upload inspiration photos with your order or inquiry. We do our best to match colours based on available balloon shades.

Do you offer corporate or large-scale décor?

Absolutely. Balloonixy provides décor for corporate events, brand activations, holidays, and large installations.

Can you include gift cards inside balloon gift boxes?

Yes. We offer premium gift boxes that can include local spa/salon gift certificates or customer-provided items.
